Xi'an Goes All Out to Accelerate and Improve Key Project Construction
"Seizing projects means seizing development, and pursuing development requires seizing projects." This year, guided by the in-depth advancement of the province-wide "Three Years" campaign, the entire city has focused on the key tasks of the city's "Eight New Breakthroughs," treating major projects as the anchor for promoting high-quality economic development. Centering on fields such as innovation-driven development, industrial development, "Two New and One Heavy" (new infrastructure, new urbanization, and major transportation and water conservancy projects), and livelihood security, the city has organized 350 major projects. Currently, key project construction is in its golden period. At key project construction sites across Xi'an, builders are racing against the clock on progress, breaking through bottlenecks, boosting morale, and striving for excellence, going all out to accelerate and improve key project construction while increasing both volume and efficiency.
